utterly dissapointing for a supposedly 'luxurious' place. laundry facilities that won't wash underwear? how quaint. as for dinner—none was served, which was advertised, how rude! I expected a complimentary snack at least, just couldn’t give a good review. The only redeeming feature was the nice terrace, but even that felt lacking somehow.

The views from the terrace are amazing. The route to the old town is only a 10-minute walk uphill, making it easy to explore. Our group had a fantastic time thanks to Gemi and Majli, who helped us with luggage. The hotel is conveniently located for those with a vehicle.
